@MatthewNeyssen The dates of birth are completely different, but it does look like the same person.

Then log back in again and check his e-mail address in “My Profile”.

I am also trying to help one of our parents get his new/duplicate profile merged into his old one. Profile 14703962 is the Scout’s old profile, which has his historical awards logged so far, and 141917586 is the new one that got set up when he registered/paid for this year. Can his new one be merged into his old one so the award history stays going forward?

Hi, Can you check what’s going on with this adult leader ID: 133044432 they say they aren’t able to login to scoutbook. they haven’t logged in more than 2 yrs, they said. I’m thinking SSO issue.. how can we resolve? thanks!
@Roopreet_DoveySawhne This user had 2 usernames (logins). The have be merged.
Ask the user to try logging in at my.Scouting.org, first. Then log in to Scoutbook using the same username and password.

Can I get assistance with a parent in my Pack that has the two account issue?
141288021 they can log into but have a Source Council GUID empty error when trying to join the Pack.
141288081 associated with our Council but they cannot log into or recover because the zip code is incorrect?
The name, dob, and email is the same for both accounts.

@GabeZawalski i merged the accounts. They should use the signin with Google option going forward.
