We have a new Scout who transferred recently into our troop. When I go to her profile in Scoutbook Plus, it shows the mother twice for some reason. It was quite the ordeal to get the Scout transferred and I’m wondering if this is somehow related to that.
I searched the forums and it seems like there are 3 answers to this situation:
Log into my.scouting and Manage Member ID, then add the other one.
Call council and have them merge them
The good folks here sometimes can merge them
If you can help here, the member ID’s are 140781587 and 140778240 of the Greater Yosemite Council.
140781587 - Registration as Committee Member (primary member ID number)
140778240
Please ask the local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up her children. In the “Relationships” tab / section, she should be removed as parent under her secondary member ID number: 140778240. This will help to prevent future issues such as the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
