Merge adult profiles

A new parent whose child crossed over to us has two profiles - both connected the the scout. Both with same email address.

Can you merge the two?

We are Unit 7040, Council 620. Scout initials are SB

Profile #1 BSA ID 12898812 Adult initials RB - keep this one.
Profile #2 No BSA ID Adult initials BB

Requesting help merging two accounts for one adult parent/leader please.

@WilliamKett that is fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with the correct BSA member ID number - 14179165
