We have an adult that registered as a Committee Member in January that Scouting America finally completed the registration. The problem there is a parent record with an old BSA ID with the same email listed with his son but the new Registered Adult Record needs to be associated as the parent to the scout.

@JDeMeritt ok that is fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number that they can log into
