@JonathanZitelman This adult leader has 2 BSA member numbers in the same council:
14240012 - Lion Den Leader
14356670 - Lion Adult Partner
You should contact your local council and ask them to consolidate both registrations under a single number. Also, 14240012 is missing the adult’s date of birth (DOB). Your council should be able to add the DOB.
@ChristopherCameron1 that is fixed
@CatherineVolkmer what is current Council?
@JeremyJolly that is fixed
@ChristopherCameron1 You have 2 BSA member numbers. You can see them at my.scouting:
Menu → Manage Member ID
One has your leader registration. The other has your parent relationships with your Scout(s).
The BSA member numbers also have slightly different dates of birth (DOBs). I would recommend double-checking your DOB. If it is wrong on your BSA member number with the leader registration, your local council can correct it. You will also want to ask your local council to add your parent / child relationships to your BSA member number with your adult leader registration.
@DonovanMcNeil, were you able to merge these 2 BSA IDs? Thanks!
Well member IDs cannot be merged - they were put under management - it can be seen by user under my.scouting.org > Menu > Mange Member ID
@TanyaSteinhofer It looks like the Scout (or Scout’s parent) created a my.scouting user name for the Scout, but the date of birth did not match exactly, so a new BSA member number was created for the Scout. As a result, a new Scoutbook userID was also created. This should be fixed now.
The Scout / parents will want to double-check the Scout’s date of birth. If it is incorrect, your local council will need to fix it.
I apparently have 2 scoutbook accounts. Can you please merge them?
BSA ID: 14111381
They are both associated with my email address.
@JenniferOlinger Thanks! This parent has a habit of using different DOBs because he’s worried about security. It created issues with his own accounts. I have no idea what the correct DOB is for his son.

@CatherineVolkmer that is fixed
@SuzanneSills the email was on both your scouts accounts - I cleared it
@TanyaSteinhofer I don’t know what the Scout’s correct DOB is, either. But if it is incorrect, the local council will need to fix it (we do not have the tools to fix).
I have two Scout Records that need to be merged:
Keep:
SB User ID: 12653740
BSA Member ID: 14492775
Merge:
SB User ID: 12673081

Thanks!
@JohnPhil It looks like someone just fixed this for you
Is there an address to which I could e-mail details on 5 SB users that need to be merged?
@PaulStrasma, there is no volunteer-facing support except via the forums or the council staff.
If you just provide BSA IDs (no names), the SUAC folks may be able to help. If they need additional info, they can take it to a private channel (but that’s not something we “normal” volunteers can directly initiate.
@PaulStrasma Ill send you a private message
