Cannot figure out how to merge my IDs:

I cannot get them to show up combined in scoutbook. Council didn’t know what to do.
@KatherineRussell1 if at my.scouting.org > manage Member ID > you do not get a merge option - then they may not be mergable
A Scoutbook user only supports 1 member ID. Is this scout only in P2019 now? and no longer in the other council?
Yes, moved cross country into a different council. New pack can’t see the past awards.
Yeah not sure why it did not find the old one - here is the thing I can merge them, but only completed things move, so does the old one have completed requirements (for items not complete as a whole) for the current rank or awards on it that need to be saved? I am guessing the new user is rather blank.
OH - one has a Middle name one does not so they did not match up.
Ok, so figure out which one is missing the middle name and call that council to add it or remove it from the other one? Is that something you can do because the council is difficult to get ahold of sometimes.
I can resolve it - it is just a matter of what user needs to survive.
Does one have alot of requirements that are complete for adventures that are not earned in the current rank? So early in the year I doubt that.
No, both have mostly completed awards so it should not matter.
