Good day.

We have two scouts with multiple IDs. They were in different councils. Can they be merged?

Griffon:134742094 (Old) and 137384235 (Keep)

Benjamin: 137179418 (Old) and 137385135 (Keep)

@CraigStachewicz Member IDs do not merge - they can be managed if the user has a my.scouting username. These 2 do not. I cleaned up their scoutbook users for you though
