@WilliamKett I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number
The Second User has the Sign in with Google Live
Our problem is our council has only 3 professional staff members now. They are overwhelmed and can’t get to these requests. Our volunteers have been waiting on them for months.
I wish I had access so I can fix this myself.

@WilliamKett While we can merge Scoutbook accounts, we do need the local council to fix the “Relationship” issues, which can only be fixed with the Registrar Tools. Otherwise, there is a good chance that these accounts will get messed up again when the units recharter.
