We have moved from Kentucky to Alaska. My son has switched troops from lone oak Kentucky to Soldotna Alaska. The new troop isn’t able to pull up his information. How would I be able to move him out of his troop in Kentucky to Alaska?

@LarrissaRoach It looks like your son’s former troop has not completed Recharter yet, so I can’t tell if that troop Rechartered him or if they dropped him.
What you can do is in Scoutbook, you should be able to add the new Scoutmaster as a connection on your son’s Scout’s Connections page.
