I am trying to push 137382720 to a troop after crossover and it is failing due to parent not having a birthdate. I have reached out to council registrar with no fix yet. Are the SB wizards able to merge mom’s records?
Mom’s accounts:
137382721 (no DOB, linked to scout with error)
137382771 (her real myScouting account, linked to older brother 137382770)
14140663 (invalid no email/DOB, linked to older brother 137382770)

@JenniferFerraz that is a council issue - as SUAC cannot move those Parent relationships - council can fix in seconds
@DonovanMcNeil Thanks for quick reply. Are you able to just add her DOB in to the existing record so we can get him transferred? Council still working through everyone’s recharters so eta on resolving is unknown. Thx!
Also can you merge the two on 137382770 or do they have to do that too? One has no email address on it so is a dead account. 137382771 / 14140663
SUAC is unable to add DOBs.
