@stevensolis I’ve done what I can, but in this case I have to use your BSA member ID that ends in -377, because that is the one that has your parent “relationships” (in my.Scouting).
Your date of birth is different between the two BSA member ID numbers. If your DOB needs to be corrected, your local council can correct it with their Registrar Tools.
Thank you for your quick response and assistance in this matter. I will contact my local council so that my DOB is corrected. I was able to renew one son’s registration, but not the other’s. I believe this is because his membership expired in October. How can I get access to renew his membership?
You will need to contact your local council. It looks like it is initiated, but we can’t really see much.
