Merge Two BSA IDs

Hello, I think I need to merge two BSA IDs for my son. We move every 3-4 years and this past move we have encountered issues with multiple IDs, preventing current leadership from being able to see his account in scoutbook.

His current active BSA ID is 140980196.
His old BSA ID is 136988340.

Any suggestions?

@RyanHogg the Scoutbook User is fixed - and all MIDs (BSA#) are under Management (my.scouting > Manage Member ID). At some point you registered him without Middle Name which caused a gap.
