@WalterPritchard this is fixed - you need to get Council to merge the first 2 MIDs
@JenniferOlinger , have you had a chance to look at my issue with the duplicate Scoutbook profiles?

@DonovanMcNeil , I just checked again in Scoutbook and I still see him twice. Odd.
@OlivierSalamin there was a troop and patrol membership - i ended the troop one

I seem to have a similar issue. There are two accounts with my name. One seems to be connected to my husband’s email address and the other connected to mine. They both seem to have the same log in. I’m not sure how that is possible.
When I sent messages from scoutbook all the replies go to my husband’s email. Help!!
@JeniferTauchnitz this is fixed - use your My.scouting username and password to login NOT your email - the user name is everything before the @ in your email
