Merge Users

Hello!

I have a den leader who is also a Lion adult. His Den Leader SB account doesn’t show a BSA ID with it in scoutbook, and it’s not connected. His parent ID shows as connected but when I try to look at his profile under IA mow it says I don’t have access to the API (Key 3 delegate). I also can’t see any details under Edit in myScouting Roster (but can see the other lion adults info)

The Den Leader SB User is 13025208. Our myScouting Roster says his Trained BSA ID is 14397026.
His Lion Adult ID in myScouting is 110019741. Both have the same email address.

The youth profile if you need it is SB User ID: 12479451 BSA: 14283731

Please let me know if you can combine these two accounts for the adult? Thank you!

I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with the correct BSA member ID number
