Hello, I’ve got two boys who have transferred into a new council since we moved, and I did as well.
When transferred, they now have two accounts showing for each of them when I log into Scoutbook (they do not use scoutbook themselves). The old accounts have all of their progress, etc from the prior council. Should they be merged together or should they be kept separate - and if they need to be merged, could you help me do this?
My new Member ID is 13845743 and my old one with my progress is 135462549 (Simon Kenton Council 441) - not sure if you need different info from me since I have a scoutbook account too.
and their current member IDs are
13845700 (original one with their progress from Simon Kenton Council 441 is 137154368)
and
13845698 (original one with their progress from Simon Kenton Council 441 is 135462548)
