My daughter’s Swimming MB is showing everything from Complete to Not Started depending on where in Scoutbook+ a person looks.

If I go in through her rank achievements in Scoutbook Plus and click on view more under the Star rank, it shows Completed for the Swimming merit badge. If I go in under the Pending Merit Badges, it shows Not Started. If I click on the actual Merit Badge page, it shows Counselor Approved. If I go back into the old Scoutbook, that particular Merit Badge shows Counselor Approved, but not Leader Approved, and pulls an error when I try to enter the Merit Badge. (There is no issue entering any of her other MBs in Scoutbook.)
I think this error may be a combination of her switching troops while it was being completed in combination with the transfer to Scoutbook Plus. I am the MBC for this one and when I went in to enter the final completion items and approve it, I was only able to approve it through the Troop 5001 tab and not the Troop 1 tab. I am not sure if this plays any part in this.
Her Troop 5001 Scoutmaster went in and updated/approved things this week, but I am not sure what, if anything he did with the Swimming MB. Leader approving the Swimming MB was on the list of updates that needed to be done, but I am not sure if any action was taken, in part because the setup in Scoutbook Plus doesn’t as easily show the approvals like in the legacy Scoutbook. In legacy Scoutbook, her Swimming MB is pulling an error when I try to enter it.
One note as I know that Scoutbook (not sure about Scoutbook Plus) can cause issue with scouts in multiple troops. My daughter was in Troop 1 and intended to double register in Troop 5001 in June. Instead, her registration was switched to 5001 and the Troop 1 registration was ended. The Swimming MB was started while she was in Troop 1 but finished while she was solely registered to Troop 5001. I am registered as a MB Counselor with Far East Council and did not move my adult registration when she joined Troop 5001. When I approved the last few requirements in July, I could only do so in the Troop 5001 tab on legacy Scoutbook. After I had approved it in Scoutbook, I noticed the issues on Scoutbook Plus under the Pending Merit Badge Section. I didn’t dig further into the rank and other items at that time so am not sure if the current situation has existed since then, or only since her Troop 5001 Scoutmaster did updates this week. Far East Council registrar is currently working on getting her readded to Troop 1 as a secondary registration. They said they would email when it was complete and I haven’t gotten an email yet, but it is possible that the secondary registration for Troop 1 is back in the system. Troop 5001 is intended to remain her primary troop.
I hope these details can help you figure it out. I need the adult leadership in Troop 1 to be able to accurately track her completions and right now the Swimming MB is an issue.
