Hi there, Our Scout Master is unable to connect a merit badge counselor to a scout in ScoutBook. He has the Feature Assistant installed. Does he need to be a Key 3 or other role to be able to do this?
Have him turn off the extension, then connect the MBC and then turn it on again.
The group who supports the extension is looking into the issue, but that is the work around.
