Okay now I am looking up individuals from the report that were missing badges, and now they are not even showing as registered leaders and no badges are showing up either. I’m not sure what is going on but needless to say I AM FREAKING OUT!!!
@DavidKlingman I see you are one of the MBCs in Mellisa’s council. I’ll include you as an example that we send to IT.
We are looking into it. Knowing the order of operations is helpful. If the MBCs still appear in registrar tools for the first example, I’m hopeful (but not fully confident) that the sync I requested could be enough.
Will this be a sync for everyone or just one person? I have been spot checking different individuals from the report of individuals with no badges and they all show badges on their profiles. I even ran the MBC report out of Scoutbook and that is only showing 287 people showing badges but my report out of Registrar Tools show I have 587 MBC counselor but 353 show with no badges. Thank you for all your help with this. I am really concerned that I messed up everyone’s profile when I moved them into their new district.
The sync is just the first MBC. I requested that before we had the additional context of the timing. I have also reported this to the developers. They may think about it differently than I have.

It looks like the sync worked. I was able to add badges to the individual, so if we could get the sync done or if you can let me know what I need to do if anything on my side, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you again for all your help. We are at a planning conference today so I will check again tomorrow for any responses.
@MelissaMoore OK that is good data - we will see
@MelissaMoore for others if they need immediate (24 hour) fix - use VST to sync position from AKELA to get the MBC into SB User, then wait and add MBs to the account. Otherwise lets see if DEVs do a universal solution for the positions
