I’ve tried to input partial requirements for two of our scouts in MB Quick Entry and when I hit enter or submit it gives me an error and never shows it being input. What is happening with the entry
Are these Scouts that recently crossed over from a pack? An error will be generated if a Scout has a Scoutbook membership in both a Troop and Pack. If this is the case, go to the Scout’s membership page, select the pack membership and enter an entry date.
If this fails or these Scouts do not have a pack membership, post their Scouting America Member IDs (no names) and we will investigate.
No. I’m now having issues logging into Scoutbook plus so think it’s more of an issue.
Well Scoutbook + is not ready for Troops yet for Advancement? You should be using Legacy Scoutbook.
