Tried to input MBs using quick entry for multiple scouts and each time it wouldn’t process and just gives and error and sends me here to report it.
Usually when I have issues with MB entry, it’s because the scouts have a phantom pack membership in Scoutbook.
Are you the MBC, a unit scouter, or both? Have you had issues with MBs for these particular scouts before?
If you post the Member IDs (no names please!), and the MBs you were attempting to add for each, the SUAC volunteers may be able to investigate further.
If you are a unit admin, Key 3, you can check the phantom pack membership issue by going to each scout’s Memberships page in classic Scoutbook and checking to make sure there aren’t any pack memberships without end dates on them.
