Messaging Issue. Parent list is wrong

In Scoutbook+, I go to send a message to my Parents and I get the option to select Parents that have been gone a couple of Years !! They Do not show up on the Roster. The ONLY place they show up is when sending a message. Yes, I have checked Connection Manager in Scoutbook. They are not there…

@AnthonyArrowsmith- I am only seeing the current parents for my units. Perhaps a screen shot ? Are the scouts associated with these parents still on the roster at my.scouting.org ?

@AnthonyArrowsmith post the member # or the SB User # of the person - and the Unit # - and we can take a look

No.. The parents are NOT showing up in my.scouting.

When I go to send a message from Scout Book, the are NOT there

When I do the same in Scoutbook +, they show up as possible recipients.

Sorry Donovan… They don’t show up in my.scouting. a few have been gone from our Pack for over 2 years..

Donovan and Stephen.. The Parents on my Pack that show up in messaging…

They are the Parents of Youth who have Opted Out… They’ve been gone but council bumped their dates out. We haven’t recharted a couple of them for 2 years.

I will contact council about this…
