Parent not connected to Scout and not on roster

I have a Scout and his parents are no longer connected to him. They are not showing up on teh roster either. Thanks in advance

The Father is already in relationship with the scout - parents do not appear on roster - they appear under the Scout profile

Look at link I sent - the Unit can add the relationship - or council
