Messaging question

I am a troop committee member wanting to message all the leaders and parents in my troop. When I go into ‘send message’ I have a list of leaders to select from, but nothing in the parents box (it says ‘there are no parents assigned’). Should I be able to see the list of parents?

My committee chair does get the list of parents populated.

@KurtSager - i suspect that you do not have view profile for all of the Scout’s in the unit or perhaps the position you have is not approved by an admin.

Adding on to Stephen’s post:

Kurt, ask a Troop Admin to connect you to all Scouts in the troop with View Profile permissions or higher.
