I think this leader is experiencing a similar problem as seen in Den Leaders Disappeared and Gone from Roster. She can login to my.scouting.org but not through scoutbook. She started having access issues around the same time. Leader member ID is 134639838.

@RichardPufky I see 2 MIDs that one and 12805877 - the one you gave had a 2019 Tiger Den Leader but that is the last registration
@RichardPufky - first question is if this leader shows up on the roster at my.scouting.org for the unit in question ?
@DonovanMcNeil Leader doesn’t see the other MID in her account.
@Stephen_Hornak Turns out leader was removed from unit roster for some reason. I’m not sure when that was, but I know she was on it at the end of April, so not sure what is going on there.
I think that explains it at least, now I just have to figure out what happened to roster. Thank you.
The user has 2 different logins I put both BSA #s in each - she has not been a registered leader since 2019 - you need to talk to council
