Missing Advancement tab on a scout's page (on Scoutbook)

Hi, does anyone know why some of my scouts could not see the “Advancement” tab on their Scoutbook page? How can we make the tab available to them?

Normally, you can see “Advancement” tab right below the “Connections” tab as in the picture below:

Thanks for the directions. There may be a possibility that the scout was using an unapproved account. I found that he has two accounts on Scoutbook. I have asked him to try using the other account moving forward and am waiting to hear back from him.
