I have a scout, 137065552.
Scoutbook correctly shows that he has earned and been approved for the 50 miler award.
Scoutbook plus doesn’t show it and I can’t add it to my advancement report and purchase order.
@SamByrd - I do see it as an award I can start for scouts in scoutbook plus and it shows up on my son’s record in scoutbook plus.
@Stephen_Hornak it’s not that I can’t add it to him. I added it 6 weeks ago when we got back from Philmont. It shows up in his record on ScoutBook but not on Scoutbook Plus. It shows up fine for other scouts. He has already received it, but I can’t add it to my PO to purchase from the Scout Shop or to my Advancement Report to turn in with my purchase.
@SamByrd- he already has it as in he has been presented with the patch. If awarded then it will not show up to be purchased or awarded.
@SamByrd If the Scout already received it, then why are you trying to buy it? I am not understanding what you are saying.

He has been approved for it, we’re having our COH on Tuesday so I was purchasing it to award it to him. Additionally if I goto his list of awards in Scoutbook Plus it doesn’t show up as one he has earned. If I try to award it to him again, Scoutbook Plus correctly says he already has it.
@SamByrd So is the item marked as “Awarded” or just “Approved”? Items that are marked as “Awarded” will not go to the Purchase Order.
It is only approved, the other 7 scouts it shows up correctly and I was able to add theirs to the PO.
Well, I can’t say for certain it’s not marked as awarded because when I try to view it in Scoutbook+ it claims he doesn’t have it yet. If I click on it in Scoutbook it punts me to Scoutbook+. But it shouldn’t be marked as awarded yet because I don’t mark it awarded until the COH occurs.

This is a known error with awards. This award is not restricted so it does not need to be on an advancement form to purchase it.
