We have a parent and chartered Leader whose registration disappeared from Scoutbook. When I try looking her up to add her back, no records are found. Member ID is 14787199, any assistance is appreciated.
@JeremyMorrow I do not see any registrations under BSA member ID: 14787199. It is possible that she might be registered under a different name.
I would recommend having one of your pack’s Key 3 (Cubmaster, Committee Chair, or Chartered Org. Rep.) or a Key 3 Delegate check the official roster at my.scouting and see if they see her listed there.
I’m the new CM, waiting for my account to be updated. I’ll see if my CC can see her, but that’s who I got the member ID from. Thanks for the suggestion
