Missing cub scout ranks

Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

One of my AOLs is missing their old scout rank info from their old Pack. I believe he may have multiple accounts, but his old Pack dissolved last year. Is there a way to identify and merge his different accounts?

Thanks!

@RebeccaNoy there are no other users by that name and DOB - is that first name his official first name? or did he go by a nickname?
