Missing name in YPT report

One of our leaders has opted out of emails, but that’s a separate issue. When I run the YPT report from within ScoutBook (Troop Reports > Show Adult YPT Status), the adult’s name on the report is “No Emails.”

If I use Troop Reports > YPT Status Report, that report on https://my.scouting.org/mystrpt… displays all names correctly.
