Our troop uses the PayPal integration in Scoutbook to collect annual dues from both its adult and youth members. One of our adult members reports that the red Pay via PayPal button is missing from both his and his son’s payments logs when he logs into Scoutbook. He states that he has encountered the issue logging into Scoutbook from both the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers on his computer as well as from the browser on his smartphone.
For the rest of the troop, the payments log appears as follows:
However, for the member in question, the payments log appears without the red Pay via PayPal button:
Please let me know what our troop can do to resolve this issue (short of reverting to collecting dues via personal check and manually entering the payment into the payments log).
