I no longer have any registered positions in my.scouting.org and cannot access any of the tools for roster, applications, invitations, etc. I am the Cubmaster in Pack 1323, and Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 1323B (and initiated new unit Troop 1323G as Scoutmaster, but that had not yet appeared in my account on last login)
Everything looks fine in Scoutbook

There appears to be an issue with my.scouting.org. I have reported it.
It looks like this is restored now
I had positions in troop 0012 girls and troop 0012 boys. The troops were part of the combined troop pilot program. We consolidated under the boys troop, but no one in our troop is connected to the 12G Scoutbook records anymore. The girls position has disappeared from my registrations in my my.scouting profile, and I no longer have any access to the girls troop at all, which also means I don’t have access to the calendar, activity logs, etc. Looking at some scouts’ individual activity logs, I realize I mistakenly created duplicate camping activity logs and want to fix that. Can my access be restored so I can make those changes?
On a related note, I can no longer find the history of my positions. How can I access that in Scoutbook Plus?
@JenniferBell3 if you are not registered in a unit (showing at my.scouting.org > My Profile) that means you need to talk to council at least, and probably a new application.

The Scout records should be accessible from the new family troop provided they were all registered there.
Historic leader positions are not available in Scoutbook Plus.
If you need access to the former G troop records, you need to be registered there as Donovan said. Contact your Council registrar for assistance.

When we look in the database we do not see a Family troop, only a Boy troop. It does not appear the troops were properly combined into a Family Troop. You will need to contact your Council Registrar for assistance.
Thank you. That answers my questions. We’ve submitted a request to become a coed troop, but it must not have been processed yet.
