I am the Scoutmaster for a troop and an ASM for a linked troop (now part of the Combined Troop pilot). In Scoutbook, I’ve lost access to most of the scouts from my primary unit that I am the Scoutmaster for. I checked my.scouting and IA/Scoutbook Plus tonight and it appears the Troop has been removed from my profile (still shows the girls troop but the boy’s troop has been removed - boy’s troop is primary for the pilot program). I can find no way to get this corrected.
I’ve been working with my Council on the lost access to scouts as that has been a problem for a bit now but nothing appears to be coming from it - although they were able to return access to one scout that I had specifically requested but none of the others were fixed. The lost troop issue in my.scouting is new.
Ultimately, I’m trying to get my troop access/rights returned so I can manage the scouts and troop information. Any thoughts, suggestions, or advice would be appreciated.
