This scout 141115735 only has 3 MB I believe she had more. Her other ID is 135517616. Can the MB be migrated to 141115735?
The scout SB User ID:10414469, Member ID:**136515780,**Previous Member ID:141307107
is again no longer showing in SB+ or SB.
@SarahBlaesing Need to wait for LH to sync - maybe after 4pm CST. Just check that one scout.
We are getting so closes and I appreciate all your help getting this fixed.
For 141307107- looks like we have her advancement, awards, MBs, Activity log, and the two units are noted. Can you check to see if she has any leadership? This might be missing.
For 141115735- looks like we have her advancements, awards and MB. But we are missing the activity log and leadership and the date she joined.. Can you check to see if any of this can be added? Also it doesnāt call out the second unit like the other scout does. Both scouts are part of both units.
Once these are resolved, I think we should be good.
One last change was made for logs - give it another 24 hours. Any leadership will just need to be rebuilt - but all should be there.

@SarahBlaesing- the date joined is for the unit to enter in the scout profile. The date council may have may not be close to the actual date.
@Stephen_Hornak I understand that but they are helping me restore an account which is why I was asking.
I am now getting this error when I access 141115735, and the area with the scoutās name, unit, etc., doesnāt load and I clicked the personal info button. Iām the committee chair and have access to all the other scouts in the unit except this one.
