MyScouting and Scoutbook Roster not Matching

Good morning. I looked on the forums and saw this has happened to several other people but did not see if we could fix it ourselves… so doing a post here!

We have a Wolf scout who shows on our MYSCOUTING Roster, but NO LONGER shows up in Scoutbook. The scout has been in scoutbook for awhile and then all the sudden disappeared. The scout has only been in our Pack since joining scouts (Pack 500, Occoneechee Council, North Carolina). The scout BSA ID is 140810303. Any help getting them back into our scoutbook roster would be appreciated! NOTE — the registration for this particular scout says RENEWED and good through 1/31/2026.

Hello,
I have the same issue with a Scout who is on my.Scouting roster but no longer showing on Scoutbook. Scout’s BSA ID is 140830215. Troop 20, Coastal Carolina, Etiwan District. Appreciate any help you can give!

I’m still not seeing this Scout in Scoutbook. Any ideas?

Same I’m not seeing mine either!

@JasonMroz ok - will sync again - these scouts are sitting in a bug that is being looked at and I had wondered if sync would work - please tell me after 12-24 hours

Same issue as above, you need to wait for the fix to the overall bug.

How long it will take to fix the bug? How units can enter advancement for the scouts that are not in SB due to the bug but they have current membership?

Scouting America IT does not comment on when specific bugs will be fixed. All we can say is they are aware of the issue and working on a solution.

Meanwhile, how leaders can enter advancement then for those scouts?

You have to wait until the bug is fixed to record the advancement in Scoutbook.
