Missing Trained Leader Report in the Pack

I am the training chair for our Pack and two Troops. For the troops, I can see the Training Manager and the Trained Leader report just fine. For the Pack, I have access to the Training Manager, but not the Trained Leader Report in the Pack.

For the Pack, I see that my primary position is Pack Trainer and I have the Unit Training Chair functional role:

I saw one post where one of the positions “expired”, but it appears my registered and role are current, if I’m reading the above correctly? Am I missing something?

@DavidParker7 - there is nobody from the my.scouting team in the forums. I would suggest you work with your local council and perhaps a member care ticket would be needed and they can submit that.

My first thought would be what are your registered/functional roles in the troops according to my.scouting (for comparison)? It’s possible that you have more access in the troops because they set you as a Key 3 Delegate (for example). It’s a little hard to offer too much insight without more information. That said, Stephen may be right that if this is more than a difference between the registered/functional roles in the various units, having council submit a MemberCare ticket on your behalf might be the only path forward.

In the Girls’ Troop, I am the Scoutmaster, so I believe that would give me that access. For the boys’ troop, I’m marked as a Committee Member and the Unit Training Chair. For the Pack, I’m marked as the Pack Trainer and the Unit Training Chair.
