Moved, scout now has 2 IDs and all advancement info disappeared

We relocated from Transatlantic Council to Colonial Virginia Council last summer. We registered with the new troop and they really didn’t use Scoutbook last year but we continued to update his advancement throughout the year. This year, when we logged in to start the new Scouting year, he is showing 2 accounts with 2 separate IDs and all of his advancement history has disappeared. He is showing as no rank. We’re not really sure what to do at this point. Can anyone help?

Stateside you registered with Middle Name - TAC you did not - so it did not match up = it is fixed now

Thank you so much! I’ll be more careful when we relocate to register with first, middle and last.
