I have a parent with two “profiles” in Scoutbook:
134471757 ← the good one
??? ← I get an error (//personprofile) when trying to view this profile in internet advancement; same name, same email address, same city, state, zip.
Could you please merge them (or maybe just delete the “second” one), please? As soon as you do, I will trigger an invite and ask him to login and finish the whole process.

Does that mean I won’t see two linked profiles for the same person when looking at their Scout in Scoutbook?

yes the users are merged - and the user can sign in clicking sign in with google already @DavidHammond1

I just completed YPT under the primary account.
@DiannaPiquet It looks like you have 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting:
One has Google sign in turned on.
The other is an e-mail address.
Which one do you want to keep?
