Multiple Accounts link with same email address

It seems that I have different roles/accounts in my.scouting.org but they are linked to the same email address.
One has my maiden name (ID13079730) which seems to be old information. The other has my married name (ID: 13786259 and UserID 12147005, with correct positions) but shows as pending.
Please advise on how this can be fixed since I do not have access to the re-chartering section. Thanks!

You can ask Council to retire the first one @RebecaSabnekar

Ask them to merge the 2.not just retire one. Merging should retain any history from both.

Hi I am having a similar issue. It looks like my email address is linked to two accounts- dpearn and dpearn1. I believe the latter is active, but I need to make sure I am not missing any information as we are anxiously awaiting an invitation for a CIT Society merit badge opening for my 17 yo. Appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you!

I assist my pack with new recruitment, and I have a parent that cannot recover her password. When she tried to answer her security questions they did not match. Her email is (removed by moderator). Can you please provide guidance on how we can get this fixed so she can register her scout?

The parent’s ID is FirstnameLastname. If reset password or the bot doesn’t work you will need to contact your Council to reset the password.
