Hi! I have a parent with multiple member IDs. The primary member ID lists the wrong birthdate. Can the member IDs be merged prior to the birthdate being fixed? Thank you!
We might even be able to merge them in a way that gets the birthdate corrected. What are the member numbers, and which has the correct DOB? Please don’t provide any names.
Great, thank you! The correct member ID is 12707004 (this is the ID with all trainings under it). The incorrect, additional ID is 13387714 (this ID has the correct birthdate).
