Multiple Parent Accounts (again)

Last week I had an issue with a parent account that there were three of (Parents with multiple profiles with multiple Scouts - #6). That was fixed.

When I look today, one of the duplicate accounts for the mother (maybe an overnight sync caused it?).

Could these BSAID accounts be merged?

I (parent account) have a similar issue. I have this message on my account, “Warning. Another user is using the same email address”. Can you please assist?
