My Scouting ID is 141214560. I have multiple roles in SB+ including Merit Badge counselor, Assistant Cubmaster (Pack 12), Unit Advancement Chair (Pack 12), Unit Outdoor Activities Chair (Troop 33), and Religious Emblems Coordinator (Troop 33). I cannot see my Troop roles in SB+ only my troop parent/guardian profile. The Council Assistant Director forced a synch on my profile, but I am still missing my troop roles. My pack roles are accessible.
I am trying to update the hikes and camping logs for the Troop.

@ScottLanglands first bet is the religious emblem position - that is an odd one - I am checking
@DonovanMcNeil I was able to access all my permissions and enter activities until about a week ago. None of my roles have changed since February.
Yeah something was found - Scouting America IT does not release schedules. Watch the Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of the fix.
So the solution is to wait for SA IT to patch the software?
That or have Key 3 change your registered position to a more standard one like committee member.
My Key 3 updated my roles. I can now see my troop profile, but I cannot log activities as the outdoor activities chair.
Permission changes require an overnight process to run. Check back tomorrow.
I am still unable to log activities after waiting overnight for the permission changes.

Well your registered position changed - so all your functional roles (permissions) would have ended with the last ended position
Committee member. I asked my Key 3 to remove the Religious Emblems Coordinator position. I understood this was a non-standard position and causing the conflict. After the overnight reset, it looks like my Outdoor Activities Role was also removed.
I only asked for the Religious Emblem Coordinator Role to be removed, as directed.
@ScottLanglands - committee member is not permissions it is a position.
Where is the helpful part of the help desk? I asked my Key 3 to remove the Religious Emblems coordinator role, as advised to address this issue. I did not ask for other roles or permissions to change. You are providing statements, not solutions.
@ScottLanglands this is not a helpdesk. It is a forum made up of Scouter volunteers, just like you. If your permissions were tied to your Religious Emblem Coordinator postion, those permissions end when the position is ended - how the system is designed work. One of your Key 3 needs to assign the permissions you need to your Committee Member position.
