Thanks for the tip, I will use it in the future. I guess it is a glitch with running the reports and hopefully it will get fixed.

I am having the same issue. I am Scout master and one of the key three. All I get is a white page. My wife is the Advancement coordinator. it is a blank page for her as well. What do we need to do to fix it?

@AllenFoster - there is nothing that a unit can do to fix it. The development team has to fix the report generation.

So I assume this is a known issue then? If so a Banner in Scoutbook Plus would be great to have. That way you dont get a bunch of people coming here to say it is broken or ask why.
