My Applications Issue

I am using safari for my.scouting and I have an issue with the MY Applications page. My personal account shows as my membership not being renewed despite the fact that it is renewed and reflected on all of the other screens with a membership date.

Next issue is that I do not have the ability to renew my children the only option I see by them is the ability to opt out.

I do have an option at the top of the page to update a credit card but when I do that it indicates I will be charged an indeterminate amount of money. I have issues with this for many reasons.

Questions:

  1. how do I get the pay by credit card option for each person on my applications?

  2. How can my renewal date get updated on that page. I do hold 4 roles so that may be part of the issue but its is still annoying thing to deal with.

Council is Central Florida Council

The notification bell never shows up for me.

@JoshuaLueck this is a contact council issue - also Safari is the last browser I would use (as a Mac user myself)

Same issues occur in Chrome. So I do not believe this is a browser issue. Feels like a bug or data issue with my.scouting.
I have contacted council about it before they are unable to resolve this issue.

Council professional staff have avenues to escalate issues to the national IT team that supports my.scouting. The SUAC volunteers here don’t have that access.

The safari remark is because there’s been a clear pattern of dysfunction of (or failure to adequately support, depending on your viewpoint) the various scouting.org platforms on safari. It’s often one item to be eliminated when trying to identify issues on other scouting.org sites.
