My Member ID on my.scouting and scoutbook don't match

I have exclusively used the Scouting app on Apple to access my Scouts’ advancements. I would like to be able to access Scoutbook and have them linked to me. My login and Member ID is the same for Scouting and my.scouting, but when I went to login to Scoutbook, it did show two suggested accounts for me, but neither had the same Member ID. I don’t want to open a third Scoutbook and muck up something that has been working for me, but the Scouting app does have its limitations. Help!?!

@Martha_PSmith in your situation it is going to best to work with council so all your parent relationships are together. They can help you get all you numbers together, and so you have a good login connected to all your family.

Thanks for the quick feedback! I called today, but it’s closed for the holiday. I’ll call them tomorrow.
