My Scout has 2 accounts, needs merger

My scout was given a new account when he went from Cub Scouts to BSA. Both accounts still show in scoutbook. I need the accounts mergers and the Troop one to remain active. Who do I contact at Central Florida Council for this?


The reason your son ended up with 2 different BSA Member IDs is he was registered with his middle name in one and without on the other. For BSA systems to work properly, individuals must always be registered with the same name and DOB.

I have merged his Scoutbook accounts. You should now only see one instance of him under My Family the next time you log in to Scoutbook.
