My son is receiving emails from Scoutbook but cannot log into it. When we send for a password request he never receives an email. Our council said that is because he doesn’t have a my.scouting account; however when you go to register a youth on my.scouting.org it asks for the parents information. I have an account of my own as a committee member and feel these should be seperate. How does my son log into Scoutbook?
