My.scouting app not showing all adult positions

I currently have 9 current positions showing on my council’s PLIS report. My.scouting app only shows six of those nine positions. Why is that?

What are the positions that don’t show up?

District Membership Chair and Council Commodore (Council Sea Scout Committee Chair)

District Membership Chair is not a registered position. Do you see District Member at Large in your positions? District Membership Chair is similar to Troop Advancement Chair which is just a role one of the Troop Committee members holds but is not a registered position.
