Hi, The roster report downloaded from my.scouting.org is not synced with the Scoutbook. I have 3 scouts advanced to another Rank and updated in Scoutbook since Dec 2024 but the roster report generated today 2/9/25 from my.scouting.org showed their previous rank. The individual advancement report showed the rank and BOR date correctly. Please let me know if there is anything I missed or the system admin can help. Thanks.
@LaihungNg - which report are you looking at in my.scouting.org ?
What are the Scout BSA #s (no names) and what ranks ?
My Troop’s Roster Report
a) 14167168 - Life
b) 14182183 - Life
c) 140733184 - First Class
d) 140831960 - Scout
Thanks. Please check and let me know what I did wrong.
@LaihungNg what do you mean by Roster Report? You mean the Export Roster?
All these Scouts are fine and recorded properly in SB and AKELA - For Advancements SB is the database of record - I imagine that my.scouting report is just flawed.
I think the last scout has a second SB User from Pack 163 and a second BSA # from your council
I export the rooster from my.scouting.org. In scoutbook.scouting.org it said NOTE: This roster is not official - The official roster is at my.scouting.org . If my.scouting report is flawed. The scoutbook should not said offical roster is at my.scouting.org.
The Roster is my.scouting is official - but the advancement is in Scoutbook. If it is the “Export Roster” that is showing the error, then your council can turn in a Membercare ticket to have the advancement reporting corrected.
The Export roster included the ranks. How often it will be synced? I will open a ticket. Thanks!
@LaihungNg - i do not recall the export roster from my.scouting.org including ranks even though there is a column for it.
If you run the Roster from my.scouting.org choose export roster, it is listed as seen in the picture enclosed here. One of the column is the rank.
@LaihungNg - yes I know there is a column for rank but I do not recall that the data was ever there. The advancement data is in scoutbook not in my.scouting.org
