Trying to follow the request pop-up when I log into my.scouting to add a photo. Note (as stated on older posts) there is no guidance as to preferred format or photo size. Selected a photo, tried to upload, received “internal server error” message at the top of my profile screen.
District commissioner in NCAC. Desktop PC, using Chrome browser.
Report it to council so they can turn in a membercare ticket - no one here supports the my scouting platform @KarlGerdes
