My.scouting profile picture?

I have been trying for the last two weeks to upload a profile picture to my My.Scouting profile. However every time I do, the picture isn’t supported. I’ve tried it on my mobile (have an Apple with the latest iOS) and a desktop with Windows 11. Both come back with the same result.
